Pictor AI provides a web-based editor for generating AI images from text prompts. The service includes account access, generation history, credit tracking, and image result management.

All purchases are for digital subscription access and generation credits. No physical goods are shipped.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account used to sign in.

You must not use the service for illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.

You must not use Pictor AI to create, request, upload, or distribute sexual, adult, pornographic, erotic, explicit, sexually suggestive, or NSFW content.

You must not attempt to bypass content moderation, safety filters, account limits, or generation restrictions.

We may block prompts, refuse generation requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when content violates these Terms or our safety requirements.

Free users may receive limited trial credits. Pro subscribers receive monthly credits and access to higher generation settings.

Free plan generation records and image assets may be periodically deleted based on service storage costs, capacity limits, or operational needs.

Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period and do not roll over after expiration.

Generation cost may vary by resolution, quality, and number of images.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use generated images.

Generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to match every prompt exactly.

AI generation depends on third-party infrastructure and model providers. We may experience delays, provider errors, maintenance, or temporary interruptions.

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain service quality and security.
