Because Pictor AI provides immediate access to digital subscription features and generation credits, all subscription fees, including monthly or other recurring plans, are final once paid and are generally non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, unused subscription time, insufficient account usage, cancellation for personal reasons, completed image generations, prompt mistakes, disliked creative results, or cases where the service is provided as described but does not meet a user's subjective expectations.

If an image generation request fails because of a system or provider error, the credits charged for that failed generation may be returned to your account automatically when the failure is detected.

This is a service credit adjustment only and does not constitute a cash refund.

If a major service interruption continues for more than 72 hours and is not caused by force majeure or third-party events outside our reasonable control, users may request equivalent service time compensation.

Such compensation is the sole remedy for eligible service interruption cases and does not involve a cash refund.

We will investigate and provide a written response within 15 business days where reasonably possible.
